Return and Refund Policy

Effective September 26, 2026

This policy applies to all purchases from Ultra Wellness Gear at ultrawellnessgear.com.

Important: fees and non-refundable charges

Please read before you order. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping and freight charges are not refundable and are deducted from your refund (freight on hot tubs is typically $550). Return shipping is always paid by you. Orders may be cancelled only within 48 hours of ordering and before shipment, and a $50 cancellation fee applies. Some items cannot be returned at all (see "Items that cannot be returned").

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order ships (not the delivery date).
You must get a return authorization from us before sending anything back. Email support@ultrawellnessgear.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without authorization will be refused.

Condition requirements

To qualify for a refund, the item must be:

Unused and never installed, with no signs of installation, wear, or soiling.
For hot tubs and spas: never filled with water and never electrically connected.
In its original packaging, with all accessories, parts, manuals, and tags included.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be refunded.

Items that cannot be returned

Installed items, including installed steam showers, hot tubs, saunas, and other equipment.
Open-box, blemished, clearance, and sale items. These are final sale.
Custom and special-order items.
Partial bundles. Bundles must be returned complete, with every item.
Fisher hot tubs and spas can be returned for manufacturing defects only. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Fees and deductions

Restocking fee: 15% of the item price.
Original shipping: The original shipping or freight cost is not refundable. If your order shipped free, we deduct the shipping or freight cost we paid (freight on hot tubs is typically $550).
Both deductions apply to every approved return.

Return shipping

You pay all return shipping costs, including truck freight for large items. We do not provide return shipping labels.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and use a trackable shipping method.
You are responsible for the return until it reaches us. Returns that are lost or damaged in transit are your risk.

Inspection and refunds

Refunds are issued only after the return is received and passes inspection. Inspection can take up to 30 days after the return is received.
Approved refunds, minus the fees and deductions above, go to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Order cancellations

You may cancel only within 48 hours of placing your order, and only if it has not shipped. A $50 cancellation fee applies.
After an order ships it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse or cancel a shipped order, you pay all freight incurred, both outbound and return, and the return terms above apply.

Damage in transit

Inspect your delivery before signing. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of signing.
Report the damage to us at support@ultrawellnessgear.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and packaging.
If damage is not noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 48 hours, we may be unable to file a carrier claim or offer a remedy.

Wrong or missing items

If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will work with you to correct it.

Warranty

Products are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty. Ultra Wellness Gear does not add any warranty of its own.
Defects must be reported in writing within 10 days of discovery.
You pay any technician trip charges and the freight on warranty parts.
Improper installation, use of extension cords, wiring not done by a licensed electrician, and commercial or rental use void the warranty.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
