Shipping Policy

Where we ship

  • We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.

Shipping cost

  • Standard shipping is free to the lower 48 states.
  • Hard-to-access delivery locations may incur a surcharge.
  • Missed delivery appointments may incur redelivery fees.

Delivery times

  • Parcel items: typically ship in 2-4 business days and arrive in 3-7 business days.
  • Freight items (for example hot tubs, steam showers, saunas, and other large items): delivery typically 2-3 weeks, scheduled by the carrier.
  • These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, and manufacturer stock can affect timing.

Large-item freight delivery

  • Large items ship by curbside LTL truck freight. The carrier will contact you to schedule the delivery appointment.
  • Delivery is to the curb only. You are responsible for moving the item from the curb, placement, and installation.
  • Please make sure the truck can reach your address and that someone is present for the appointment.

Address and signature requirements

  • The delivery address must match the billing address on your order.
  • Please check your address carefully. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address you provided, and any reshipping costs are yours.
  • A signature is required on orders over $800.

Tracking

We email tracking information once your order ships. For freight orders, the carrier will also contact you to schedule delivery.

Damaged or missing items

  • Inspect your delivery before signing. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of signing.
  • Report damage or missing items to support@ultrawellnessgear.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
  • If damage is not noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 48 hours, we may be unable to file a carrier claim or offer a remedy.

Returns and cancellations

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the ship date and authorized before shipping. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, the original shipping or freight cost is not refunded, and you pay return shipping. Cancellations are accepted only within 48 hours of ordering and before shipment, with a $50 fee. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
